Add a banner

Hello,
I’m trying to add a banner and I can’t do that.

I can see on the promo video you can add a banner going to the customize menu and select Banner Codes, but I don’t have this option on my customize menu.

Please can anybody tell me how to do that??
Or doing modifying the template or what can I do to get the “Banner Code” on my customize menu.
