Ad widget in the header?

    There is a setting “advertising widget in the header” in the visual settings of the theme (I use the Russian version so the name can be not exactly that).

    But when I enable or disable it, I don’t see any changes, I have tried on a clean install. Can you please explain, where exactly this advertising widget should appear?
