Ad code disappears

    hello, just noticed the ad codes disappears after insertion in the ad parameter box, pls kindly assist, thanks

    Hi prince701,

    Thanks for reporting this issue.

    Do I understand correctly, that you:

    1. Edit an ad unit oder create a new one.
    2. Copy the ad code into the code field.
    3. Save the ad and the code field is empty afterward?

    If this is the case, do you see any errors in the browser console?

    Hello, thanks for your response, yes this is the case, i didn’t notice any errors in the the console.

    Hi prince701,

    Sorry for my late response. Does this problem occurs also with the Rich content ad type? If you change any other settings of the ad, e.g., adding a display condition, do those changes stay after saving the ad?
