Ad banners disappeared

on my site screencomment.com we’ve lost the long ad banner at the top of the site.
I have no webdev so I was hoping to get help from the wp community on how to fix this.
We did have a banner there before, and yes, I have the ad sense -account …
the site was hacked, then was down, tinkered with it, it’s back up but the ad banner is gone. what are the steps to bring it back?
