@dcrk Was it working before and the error just started?
That error means you got an empty response from the AC API. Usually that means the API is down, or didn’t respond in time.
If you check https://status.activecampaign.com/ they are reporting some problems today (I recommend subscribing to status updates via email). If that’s the case then it should start working again automatically.
If the error is happening continuously, make sure your API key is correct by going to Settings >> WP Fusion >> Setup and click Refresh Available Tags & Fields. If there’s anything wrong with your credentials you’ll see it there 👍

Thanks for the fast reply. This is happening for quite some time now. The key wasn’t right. I have updated the key and the connection work. I’ll keep an eye to see if the errors are still appearing.

@dcrk Ah, yup, I was able to reproduce the same bug— if the key is incorrect you get an empty error message.
We’ll have this fixed for the next update so the error message is more helpful.
