Active widget in the home

Hello I am using the adirondack template for this site: arenatechandtrends.es

We have a button on the top right part of the website that opens a widget area with tags, We want the tags to run automatically so when you open the website the widget is already active without need to click on the button.

We would be grateful if you could help us with this.
