    I submitted a ticket over 24 hours ago and no response. Add-on page won’t refresh, license key generates an error. No response from support. This is awful for something you have to pay for, you get better support for free products.

    We have located and resolved your ticket, which was submitted at 12:15am on Sunday.

    Support hours are Monday through Friday from 9am-6pm (eastern). The weekends our team is off to spend time with family.

    I apologize for not having these hours prominently displayed, we will look into how we can update our site to make this information easy to see.
