Activation Causes Internal Server Error

    Wworks perfectly on dev server, when I move the site to live server (using backupbuddy) as soon as I activate plugin, it crashes site with Internal Server error.

    When site crashes, I’ve tried removing all W3 lines from .htaccess but that does not resolve the problem.

    If I remove plugin, site works again. I tried another caching plugin and did not have the same problem, but I like W3TC best and would like to be able to reinstall.

    Any ideas? Thank you!
