    hello,

    the activation link does not work. the user receive the activation link. when he clicks on the link a message appears telling him that the account has been activated, but when he want to connect the account a message appears to say “wainting mail activation”.

    can you confirm to me that the code in the mail is {account_activation_link} because i erased it by mistake.

    if yes, what is the problem ??

    Hi @swinzi,

    You should have “{account_activation_link}” in your activation email.
    This issue can be caused by some caching plugins.
    Do you have any caching plugins or server side caching active?
    Please try to exclude Ultimate member pages from the cache and see if it helps.

    You can also try to do a conflict test so we can rule out conflicts with other plugins or your theme. Here is the doc on how to do a conflict test if you are not sure how to do it.
