Activated theme will not show up

    I wanted to change my theme. I found a theme installed it, activated it, refreshed my home page….aaaand nothing. It stays the same. I tried uninstalling it along with all my other themes and plugins to see if that worked… nothing. I cleared the cache, nothing.

    I then began to update the actual content on the site and when, I added an extra post and refreshed my home page boom it worked.

    Why the Hell wont it just automatically load properly?

    Browser cache or site cache? Cloud? But whatever, and if all is well now, it would seem something somewhere just took a bit to be updated. I sometimes suspect my host occasionally has the server sending things out that are not completely current.
