Activated Plugins not showing.

    I own two sites both on the same server, both are on wordpress and use the same themes. But the first site is encountering problems when it comes to displaying certain activated widgets while the second site has no problems displaying these widgets. Anyone knows what can be causing this? considering both sites are exactly the same?
