• Hello,

I had been using Mailpoet (premium + standard) for quite a long time, a few weeks ago we decided to uninstall it. I also run the uninstaller script so that tables on my db were removed.

Yesterday I noticed a db-connection error message indicating that it originates at a wysija cron call, the url was: [site]/wp-cron.php?7a63XXXEDITEDXXXXX0d9637c86de1e&action=wysija_cron&process=all&silent=1

I cannot find any trace of wysija at my WP admin. Also there are no scheduled cron jobs related with wysija (I check with Crontrol plugin).

How can this entry exist and where is it fired from? It temporarily broke my db connection and I wouldn’t want this to happen again.

    Thanks

  • Hi did you get any solution about that ?
Do you have any Newsletter plugin ?

    Hello Johan,

If you were a Premium client, that’s probably our server pinging your website. If you were a Free user, check if you don’t have any Cron Jobs created in your host’s control panel (cPanel).
