• Hi, I noticed that Forminator creates recurring Action Scheduler tasks for:

    • forminator_send_export
    • forminator_process_report

They run every minute, and I have two recurring actions for each.

However, I only use Forminator for normal form submissions and do not use scheduled exports or reports.

Is this expected behavior? If Export and Reports are not being used, is there an official/recommended way to disable these recurring tasks?

These background Action Scheduler requests are appearing in my PHP slow logs, so I would like to avoid unnecessary processing.

    Version used: 1.57.2

    Thank you.

I also checked the WordPress cron events using:
php8.4 $(which wp) cron event list | grep -i forminator

    The command returned no results.

    Hi @davidwong3937,

I’m afraid its the expected behaviour at the moment. At the moment, there isn’t an option available to disable it via the plugin setting.

However, I do see this could be improved and will make sure to bring this to our team’s attention to check what all actions could be part when exports/reports aren’t used.

    Kind Regards,

    Nithin
