ACF Relationship – Filter changing product title

    Hi,

    I’m using the an ‘ACF Relationship’ field in my filter, which works by finding associated products based on the accessories shown in the loop grid.

    However, I’m experiencing an odd issue with just a few products, where clicking the product would load a page, and then change the product title within that specific filter.

    It’s really odd, and doesn’t happen for all products.

    For example, on this page: https://peterp113.sg-host.com/product-category/accessories/associated_product-4041/

    Upon refresh, you’ll see that the “Made For:” filter shows ‘WLA-210SUB’ which is correct, and displays two accessories related to that product.

    Then just a second after refresh, the title of that product changes in the filter to ‘CPD4800,’ in which neither of those accessories are associated.

    The URL mentions ‘product-4041’ which does correlate with the original product, ‘WLA-210SUB.’

    Any idea what is causing this?

    It appears there is a conflict or a custom code rewriting those values. By default, the ACF Relationship field should return an ID in the filters, but in your case, it is returning values. This suggests you are likely using custom code that is causing this behavior.
