ACF integration

Hi, looking for solution for my small problem. I need to show ACF value behind post name in the list of sortable items – we have different post with same names and we need to sort them by values of advanced custom field values. Is there any solution for this (editing php file – simple adding php shortcode for acf not working, its php in php – and thats top of my knowledge of PHP). Any ideas? Thanks
