If you want to add any thing in the course filter you will just need to make categories. So yes if you want to show the Accredited and points category in the filter. Just add them as category and add it in the course filter options. That will do. Please let us know for further questions.

You will have to set the category Accredited and points set in the category list at first from this option in your wordpress dashboard tutor lms > category option http://prntscr.com/vsd4ts then when it is added. Make sure you check on them while creating the course or editing it from this option http://prntscr.com/vsd5j1 in the course editor. Please let us know for further queries.

But this what I’m talking about https://prnt.sc/vte74y, having the words Accredited and points next to the All levels and have the same words in the course archive. The method you gave is just for adding categories and it does not add the words Accredited and points next to the All levels.

The place where you want to add the tag Accredited need customization in the course archive post card. for customizing that part you will have to make changes either in the main php file or you can override tutor templates using the child themes function.php file. https://docs.themeum.com/tutor-lms/developers/override-templates/ Here is the guideline to override the template.
