This is [ultimatemember form_id=”39″] default Profile page. but Update button does not work. Server log file and console log both empty. I am guessing form not trigger to update.

Please help me. I did not create any template on this page. Please help me

excluded following options but still same issue. I am seeing after click UPDATE button its disabled but not calling any ajax or something. logs are still empty but button is disabled after click

Look at your Browser’s Network “Response Headers” if you have any typical cache events for the Profile page like cache hits or page expires in the future.

I already excluded cache for all ultimate pages. There is no cache. also i created new server and installed fresh umember plugin. but still same issue.

Try to do both a Theme and a Plugin conflict test if your Theme
or another Plugin is causing a conflict with UM.
