Mostly, the header section of any WordPress theme is kept under a separate file (header.php), which works like a layout page for every other page on the website.
That’s the reason why you are unable to remove the header from the account page.

The theme you are using is “Flastsome”.
So it will be best for you to communicate with the theme developers through the official support channel to get a precise response.
