Accordions with complex layout

I’ve just started working with Shortcodes Ultimate with the GeneratePress theme. For now, I’m also working with the new Gutenberg editor for the first time. The project will have about a dozen pages that will be require approx 6 accordions per page, and each section will require relatively complex layout (ie. tabular data and image galleries).

I’m trying to figure out how to do this in SU. So far, I’ve been able to create a “clean page” template which allows me to create pages with no header/footer/sideheads. The idea being that these pages are really just sections that I want to include in an accordion entry. However, I don’t see any way to create a shortcode for one of these pages.

Any ideas or alternate suggestions will be appreciated.
