Accordion closes automatically

I just switched to another supplier for this page (it’s an immediate page – we can’t afford to see it down). Ideally I would prefer to fix yours, and buy it in the future. Here is another page showing the issue: https://www.earthwiseaware.org/donate/
Search in this page (bottom) for “Read More About Our Story & Needs…” – click on it, and it opens and closes immediately.

Please let me know how to fix those (we have 66 accordions used so fr throughout the site)

Hi Preetam, in that page the corresponding shortcode is [WPSM_AC id=12471] And the plugin shows as being currently acive. Thanks.

We started with doing that : deactivating/reactivating – I remind you that it is in the support page. So starting this thread we already had done that.
Well, pretty much left on our own: Looking how the thread started, we decided that we could not afford to wait for rounds back-and-forth (3 days with not a single tangible is not an option for us). Conclusion: We had to unplug about 66 of this porduct accordeons (that is all of them) and we started to use another provider, re-creating about the same number of accordeons. Not a good use of our time, really.
