Accessing dashboard

Hi, I can view my website http://www.davidcauson.com. But when I try to log in to update it etc and do this by typing in http://www.davidcauson.com/wp-admin/ it just comes up with a white screen and loads of code. It’s accepted my username and password but the next page is just the code below. Please help. This is the coding I see :-
