The link you provide does not point to your site but rather directly to your Instagram account. I am unclear from your support request if you are not able to see some images posted to the account from within your actual Instagram account or if you are using our plugin and not able to see the images with the use of the plugin.
When I compare the images shown in your Instagram account here to testing the same account within our interactive demo here the feed accurately represents what is being displayed in the account itself.
If you are having a problem within the Instagram account itself then you would need to contact Instagram itself for support to determine what the potential cause is. It might be that you have certain images within the account marked as “private” and only shareable with certain persons. If this is the case then those images will not appear in a feed where potentially the entire world could see them on a website. You might find this link helpful.
