hi!

I have created a URL Group call “Members Group”. I set Page Url is: http://mysite.com/my-custom-post-type

And created a Access Level call “Premium Access”. Then I added URL Group to Positive Rules.

=> I can access http://mysite.com/my-custom-post-type but I can’t access to Homepage and other page… I try added Home Menu + Home page to Positive Rules but it still can’t display ( only display protect text ). How to fix it?

Hi there

I hope you are well.

If you set home page to positive rule you should be able to access the page. I am sorry that you are having problem with it.

Would you please try the opposite? Like set those pages as negative rules for other level(s) and check if then you can access the page.

Also, please make sure all of your levels and subscription plans are public and active.
