    I have access manager 5.2.1 for some reason that I cannot determine, some users get the access denied message when they should NOT be denied access. Most users are ok, they login and can access the pages they are permitted to see.

    I logged in as an ADMIN and went to AAM / users and switched to the latest user to receive the access denied message and did get “access denied”. Wen I tried to go back to the admin use I saw this message: DataTables warning: table id-user-list – Ajax error.

    Hi @vwebworld,

    The symptom you’ve described typically means that you restricted access to the Dashboard menu for your users. This menu should never be restricted as it is the default page any user is redirected after login.

    Another possible case is when your user does not have any capabilities assigned.

    Make sure that you do not restrict access to the Dashboard menu and user has required list of capabilities and the “Access Denied” message should go away.
