Access Denied Issue

I attempted to access the site and received an “Access Denied” message. “You have been locked out due to too many attempts to access a file that doesn’t exist.” I have not logged in to the site for a few weeks, and my IP is whitelisted. Also, my IP is not showing in the logs as blocked or banned.

Is there an issue where it thinks my masked login URL is a “file that doesn’t exist?”
