Access Denied.

After pressing the donate button I get a blank page with “Access Denied.”
The log says “Payment process nonce validation failure.”

It’s possible there’s something whacked in your browser settings. This is the point where support folks always tell you to clear your cache, reset your history, and so on. I’m guessing that’s probably the issue, unless it’s some browser add-on getting in the way.

To verify, I’m using Seamless Donations 4.0.13, I’ve watched the video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n8z0ejIEowo, and I’ve tried clearing the cache and history on two different browsers (Chrome and Safari) on my Windows laptop and Chrome on my iPhone. The form and integration with PayPal has worked in the past, with the last successful donation on 2015-05-18.
In each troubleshooting case, I fill out the Seamless Donations form on our site at http://classroomofthefuture.org/donations/, click the DONATE button, then I get redirected to a page /wp-content/plugins/seamless-donations/seamless-donations-payment.php with a white screen that says “Access Denied.”
In the logs, each failure has the same details…

We had this issue in the past. I started over with sandbox testing, and that worked. We also were able to receive actual donations when it went live. But now, once again, getting same ‘payment process nonce validation failure’ message and ‘access denied’ page when clicking donate button. Any suggestions? I’m about ready to get rid of seemless donations and use a different program. We’re literally losing $ year-end donations right now… Thanks for your help.

2015-12-25 11:28:25 Payment process nonce validation failure.The most likely problem is you’re using IE9 for transactions. IE9 is mostly deprecated on nearly all OS versions. See (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/lifecycle#gp/Microsoft-Internet-Explorer). As of January 12, 2016, support for any version of IE except the latest will cease from Microsoft, which includes security updates.
As a result, I don’t test against IE9, and strongly recommend users stop using it (especially for financial transactions). If your users are using IE9, it is essential you inform them that they may well be open to any number of possible exploits and should move to a different browser.

P.S. I am aware, however, of some more general “access denied” issues, and I’m looking at some alternate implementation approaches, but most errors seem to be related to older or unsupported browsers. While I certainly don’t want you to lose donations because your donors are using old computers, it’s beyond the scope of this project to support obsolete gear.
A friend found the caching plugin was caching the donation page. He added the donation page and donation files to the cache ignore list and solved the problem.
I am having this same issue and found what mfuller526 is saying… it was my cache.
