    Hello,
    the plugin worked perfectly until a week ago. Now I get an “Access denied” message when I try to upload a csv file to import comments. The message appear after the upload. I tried everything to make it work, have deactivated all plugins, especially the security plugins. Unfortunately it still doesn’t work.

    We’ve identified and resolved the “Access denied” error that occurs after uploading a CSV file in some environments. This issue affected a few users under specific conditions, and a patch will be released shortly to address it.
