Access control plugin removed plugin control from dashboard

I installed AAM as an access control plugin. When editing my “visitor” role permissions the damn plugin deleted my plugin selection from my dashboard. It should never have removed admin controls from the dashboard. How do I restore the former dashboard? At this point I cant even go in to delete that damn plugin.

I have tried copying me wordpress files from the pc to the site via FTP but still have no joy.

Any help would be appreciated.
