    Yes Hong Kong would require the dummy postcode to be sent if left blank.

    Not sure what you mean for Zimbabwe? When I enter my address as Zimbabwe in Woocommerce no postcode field appears. Therefore the dummy postcode would need to be set here for this location.

    Zimbabwe is interesting – woocommerce get_address_formats function returns it does use a postcode, which means I can’t use that to evaluate whether a postcode is required or not. I’m going to have look into additional checks I can do maybe get_country_locale function.

    I will need to do some more testing…

    We have received a call from a potential customer in Zimbabwe saying that they placed an order online and have received the error code:

    MALFORMED The BillingPostCode is required. (Code: 3090)

    We are more concerned now though as their order has not come through as pending. So we are not sure if others are experiencing the same issue without the pending order coming through.

    Also we have received an order from UAE with the 3090 error. The latest plugin updates do not seem to have worked.
