Acceptance does not work

    Hi there,

    thanks a lot for this fantastic plugin.
    I tried to insert the acceptance checkbox.
    But something strange happens. When I open the page, for 1 or 2 seconds the checkbox appears normaly. Then it turns out to be grey and is longer clickable.
    Could anyone please tell me how to resolve this?
