Accept All Button Hidden in Modal

    Hi Moove Agency,

    Thanks for making this plugin, it is very straightforward to set up and get running.

    I have noticed one issue with my popup modal which I am testing out on my personal site (link to modal popup) before I roll it out across my other sites. The “Allow All” button appears to be hidden with the display: none; CSS style, is this intentional or a bug as I see there is still the option to label the button in the settings despite it not showing?
