    when receiving new messages we must resume the text to rewrite with the accents because the letters with accents are replaced by special characters, how to solve the problem.

    Hello Laura,

    Sorry for the slow reply.

    I don’t really understand what is happening. As far as I know characters like ‘ëéï🙂 ❤️’ will be saved as they are. Emoji will (should) be converted if the database doesn’t support utf8mb4.

    Could you check what database collation you are using? At Guestbook > Settings > Debug-tab you can see a lot of information about this.
