We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating it can be when something doesn’t work as expected after spending time debugging.
In situations like the one you describe, the filter usually is loading correctly, but WooCommerce products are modified by the theme, overridden templates, or another plugin that changes the main product query. In those cases, the filter cannot attach automatically without a small adjustment.
To help identify exactly where the issue comes from, the plugin includes an Admin Helper tool that checks for the most common causes of filter problems and points out conflicts or missing hooks. This often helps resolve the issue very quickly:

If you’re still open to it, our support team would be happy to help get everything working correctly.
