    i need change wp-admin.php and single.php ,but I can’t find it at all.
    2.8.4 or 2.7 i try. Is there the file?
    But when you search in www. yes , they are talk about it .
    so what is it?

    there is no wp-admin.php – maybe wp-admin.css`?
    not sure what you need

    the single.php is in your theme files
