I really don’t get what you are trying to achieve.
What are you referring to by saying ‘tags’? The plugin has a taxonomy named Tags. Do you want to create a tag for that custom taxonomy?
Actually, the results which I want to get , is I have a list from posts tags(the screennames of twitters), I want to show it in the sidebar, but I don’t want to add the rules one by one screenname; do you have an easy way , like use add rules by list, but I don’t know how to use this option. Can you help me to figure out?

OK, Just like this, I have 500 screenname, I want to show their profile on my blog, Can you give me a good idea?
It depends on how you retrieve the screen names and how you want to display them. But sounds like not possible with the built=in functionality. It will require to write a custom extension.
