    Sir,
    I want to discuss on one plugin- Risk Free Cash On Delivery (COD) – WooCommerce.
    Why are not anyone answering on support thread of this plugin? Are the author not working on this plugin anymore?
    This plugin is very useful for COD. Please, if author are no longer working on this plugin, then can we will get support after purchasing the PREMIUM plugin? Because there is no response on author’s site also.
    I think, you must try that author should open this plugin’s premium feature for free plugin. Or anyone should take this plugin for future.

    Hi, unfortunately, I do not know why they are not answering support. It is not one of the WooCommerce plugins maintained by the WooCommerce team, but by a 3rd party developers and as such we cannot support it.

    Hopefully, someone will get back to you soon there with assistance.

    Sir,
    Nowadays COD payment options are very popular and necessary for e-commerce. Why not add these functions of this – Risk free COD plugin to woocommerce’s COD option, like – 1) ADD Extra Charge for COD 2) Advance Payment Against COD 3) COD Option enabled for the Minimum Amount 4) COD Option Disabled for Maximum Amount 5) COD Option disabled when use Coupon. Or develop the woocommerce plugin.

    This is my opinion to better functionality of woocommerce COD payment option. You better know about woocommerce development for us.
