About customizing Default Kubric Theme..

Hi friends,

I am going to ask my basic query about maintaining my WP blog in detailed. I am writing this in layman’s language.. as I really don’t know the technical terms for the same as yet.

1) I have a site named http://www.just-health.in/

2) I installed WP on my server and renamed my WP-blog folder as “weight-loss”

3) Now my blog address is http://www.just-health.in/weight-loss/

My main problem starts here..

As my site is about healthy weight loss with the help of ayurvedic medicines and proper nutrition, I have 2 different sets of articles. From my main site there are 2 links 1) Ayurveda and 2) Nutrition.

Right now if you click on ayurveda then my current blog page opens.. but I don’t understand how to create different blog page for Nutrition.

4) My second problem is I want to have unique url for each of my post. which is not happening right now.

I mean to say.. I created 2 categories on WP blog.. but different posts related to different categories opens on same page which I want to avoid.

5) So all I want is that, link on “Ayurveda” should open WP-page titled “ayurvedic weight loss” and link on “Nutrition” should open different WP-page named “nutritional weight loss”

Further again on these pages each post should have unique URL and same link should appear on the side bar next to each post link

Understanding Basics of Weight Loss
Wish to lose weight easily, safely and naturally??
Perfect ways to eat healthy..

Above links should open following URLs

like http://www.just-health.in/weight-loss/Understanding-Basics-of-Weight-Loss

http://www.just-health.in/weight-loss/Wish-to-lose-weight-easily-safely-and-naturally

http://www.just-health.in/weight-loss/Perfect-ways-to-eat-healthy

Above three URLs should open from sidebar navigation after clicking on the following links.

….and so on.

Right now I am not being able to achieve any of this.

Please guide me right in direction.. what should I follow to get this results..?? Do I install anything more on my server to manage according to these requirments.??
