Ability to track 2 GA codes?

Some of our WordPress blogs have 2 Google Analytics code associated to their sites. One for the customer’s reference, and one that we use as a company wide reference for their site. Is there a way to track both of the codes using this plugin, and if not, are there any plans to allow the plugin to do that?
