No. We do not have any setting in the lite version which sends the abandoned cart reminder email along with the customers.
Here, I would like to share that we do have the same setting in the Pro version of our plugin.

If customers only type their Email address, do you record it ?
And even if I do not send an automatic recovery email to customers, can I see in the list this Email address that customer typed, even if he didn’t reach the Paypal payment page ? (he stayed on the checkout page)

Does it mean that you send an Email to admin only if customer finally bought something ?
Or is there another option to send Email to admin as soon as a cart is considered as INCOMPLETE ?

Let me explain how our plugin captures the abandoned cart for different users.
1) Guest user( Non-registered user )
Abandoned carts of guest users are tracked after the user enters the email address in the “Email Address” field on the Checkout Page.
2) Logged-in user:
For logged-in users, carts are tracked from the time when they add the first product to their cart.
3) Visitor user ( Carts without Customer Details )
For visitor carts, we are capturing the guest cart info ( without email address ) if the user goes to the cart page after adding the product to the cart.

Yes. Correct it will send an email to the admin when customer recovers the abandoned cart order via abandoned cart reminder emails.

Last thing that I can ask here, I read that your plugin relies on CRON.
As I find so many cron jobs useless, I have set up from my host ONLY 2 CRON DAILY.
Does it mean that your plugin will send emails to customers only twice a day when the cron job will run ?
If I do not enable cron on WP or add more cron on my host, there is no way at all to send emails to cuwtomers ?

Yes. We use WP Cron for sending the automatic abandoned cart reminder emails.
Yes. For sending the abandoned cart reminder automatically you either need a WP Cron or the Cron job from your server.
Here, I would like to inform you about one of the features in our plugin. It is “Send Custom Email”, it is located on the Abandoned Orders page of our pro plugins page. Please check the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/j54fdn
This feature allows you to send the email to the customers. This email is not automatic email, you can modify the email template content based on the customers.
You can find the “Send Custom Email” link when you hover over the Email Address of the customer on the Abandoned orders page.
This is manual email sending to the customers.
