    Hello!

    We did some tests (with our own email) to see how Abandoned Cart emails are sent, but now we have realized that they are not sent to “real customers.”

    We already know the premise that abandoned cart emails are only sent to customers who have subscribed (confirmed).

    And now we have a client with those characteristics and with an abandoned cart.
