Abandoned and Removed Plugin Alerts

Feature request: please add the ability to automatically get alerts on abandoned and removed Plugins and/or themes from the wordpress reposatory as these can be malicious as well (eg https://www.wordfence.com/blog/2017/12/plugin-backdoor-supply-chain/)
