A terrible noobie…need help

So I signe dup with bluehost and I downloaded the newest version of wordpress to my attached domain. WHen I go to the wp-admin url it looks the same. What is the enxt step to tranforming my dashboard so I can install some themes? I have looked for horus online and followed tutorial after tutorial but nothing is helping. Could anyone e-mail me or provide a yahoo or aim messenger name so we can chat about this? I have alot of questions and need a bti of help. Thanks in advance to any brave soul willing to help.
