• Hey Team,

We recently updated the LambdaTest Screenshot Plugin with latest update. We also updated the project structure (Courtesy:- WordPress support).

But after making above update we are receiving issue in removing the installed wordpress plugin and is receiving error TypeError: a.sanitize is undefined on mac. (Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘stripTagsAndEncodeText’ of undefined on windows).

Also, our wordpress website isn’t downloading the updated wordpress plugin information. Though the code for same do exists in the wordpress plugin folder.

    Any guidance is appreciated.

    Regards
    Ajay.

  • Hi @ajayklambda

You should let the developers know you’re having trouble here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/lambdatest-screenshot/

Also, in a recent WP support ticket, the Lambda people said

In addition, for future reference if you face any issue, feel free to contact us at our website’s (lambdatest.com) in-app chat support. We have an awesome in-app chat support that has a much much faster turnaround time. You will get a reply in minutes infact, not like 4 months like here.( My bad about it by the way !!)
