A plugin for author profiles?

    Right now I have my site set to show the author’s name at the bottom of each blog. However, when clicked, it just displays the authors other work. What plugin can I use that will show the author’s name, and when clicked can bring up a profile displaying their avatar, name, and whatever information they want to share?
