I use the perfect theme “Hueman” (http://wordpress.org/themes/hueman). It uses OptionTree 2.3.4 for the settings. I did the first 3 Points of your Post, but can’t do the fourth Point. What do I wrong.

Hello,

You may have done everything correct but your theme does not support the custom header as defined by WordPress (if it has a header it uses a specific code).
