a 'lost' website

Dear all,

Herewith a rather embarrassing question. And I am even asking this for a friend of mine. This person made a wordpress website in 2006 and wants to have it removed. However she lost her login and password and on top of that she doesn’t remember (and doesn’t have) the email address with which she signed in.

Obviously she is not a computer genius (though made a wordpress website). Can anybody advise me what to do. I understand any moderators can not just delete a website as it is old. But can I provide some proof that this person is the initiator of this website that it can then be removed?
