A little help please

Hi,

I needed help with a few things on my website, around about 4 changes, I’ve listed them below – my website is http://www.akwasi.co.uk

First of all I’ve based my website on this website so it’d be good to take a look at this http://theartofraw.g-star.com/

The first change I wanted the header image to be changed play a youtube / vimeo link (like the gstar page) – Here’s the link to the video https://vimeo.com/42196984

The second change I wanted is to change the way the gallery looks, I want to get it to be a grid so how it looks on my old website here but I want it to stretch the width of the page – Here’s a look to how I’d like it to look http://www.atpoku.com/filter/Projects

I also want it to click straight through to the project when you click on it, and also I want to get rid of the description of text below the project and make the hover over reveal the name of the project.

Finally, the last thing I wanted to change was the way Blog’s are displayed. The spacing at the top of the blog seems to be a bit messed up, and I also want to get rid of all the boxes for Catgories, Meta, Archives, Pages & Also the search bar.

Also is there a way to change the background of the blog to black and have all of the text white? Also it’d be great to get rid of the orange “READ MORE” buttons across the whole website and replace that with White text
