A few dilemma's

I just started a new WordPress blog, and I have a few things that are not working well, and I am hoping you guys can help me out.

1. The posts are not showing up in the browser window in the order in which I post them!? I don’t know how to fix this. I also don’t know how to run/edit this page locally from my computer since I am not using a separate hosting site that would allow updates through FTP etc.

2. It says “download WordPress” above, but after I do that it only has a few folders and I am not sure what app to use to edit. I downloaded MAMP, but it wouldn’t log me in…

3. When I choose to only show the summary of a post, it is not working. It still shows the entire post making it difficult to see the rest of the posts. I am not sure sure how to fix that, I am using the Sketch theme, but I tried a few others and neither one was showing posts in summary form.

4. How do I contact billing? I need a 3 day extension for my trial version.
