A custom button with conditions

so …. i have been trying to add some conditions to my platform in wordpress, these conditions are very specific ….
I want to create a button with some code (PHP or JS) that, if the user clicks on that button automatically, he will gain a pre-established function.

but … I don’t know how I’m going to do this, because the functions of this plugin are difficult to understand, and I don’t know if the plugin already has a function or method that helps me with this!
