It seems somehow the $aiowps_firewall_config is not set it is not the case there seems some issue in firewall loading.
Is this error when you upgrading AIOS from very older version?
It might be the file related to the plugin got corrupted please upload the whole plugin file extracted again (using FTP or Filemanager) and cross-check.

- Deleted the plugin.
- Reinstalled via the WordPress repository.
- Deactivated ALL other plugins to eliminate a possible compatibility error.
All the same. This problem appeared about a year ago, since then I simply disabled this plugin. And now it’s time to figure it out))
The plugin code could not be loaded correctly and was suspended in recovery mode.

Changed the theme to Twenty Twenty-Four. Doesn’t help(( The errors are the same

This is not the general case which hosting provider do you use?
Which server apache / nignx used ?
Do you know if the files/folder permissions are proper? hope there is no disk space issue.

I have tried to check in more detail somehow firewall is not loaded load_aio_firewall is called wp-security-core.php
Can you please share with the full stack trace? It seems cut after below.

Thanks for the stack trace it is the Admin panel Plugins page where you install the AIOS plugin.
Can you please cross the error log do have any other error logged?
Can you make sure you have removed AIOS completely.
In extra of remove the plugins files /wp-content/plugins/all-in-one-wp-security-and-firewall, and
/wp-content/mu-plugins/aios-firewall-loader.php
tables start with {tableprefix}_aiowps needs to removed also remove from wp_options having “aio”

Please also remove from .htaccess all code between,
“BEGIN All In One WP Security”
“END All In One WP Security”
Also make sure that wp-config.php. , htaccess, .user.ini file in root of the wordpress installed directory do not include the aios-bootstrap.php
and remove aios-bootstrap.php from the same folder you have wp-config.php
Also remove the wp-content\uploads\aios\firewall-rules\settings.php
Then try to install it again.

It’s working! Indeed, even after removing the plugin, it leaves a lot of traces behind. I cleaned the specified files, reinstalled the plugin and everything worked! Thank you very much!

Glad to know you can reinstall the plugin some how.
I will create an internal ticker to replicate this issue and solve it.
